Mix a cup of Epsom salt in lukewarm bath water and immerse your ankle in this solution for roughly half hour. Make this a routine for the next three days twice a day. Use of Ginger The roots of ginger display an effectual property in managing the symptoms of sprained ankle. Take a container and fill it with eight cups of water and then dip two to three inch of sliced ginger into it. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes and then leave it until it becomes lukewarm, and then soak a cloth in it and wrap it around the ankle. Ankle sprain treatment by use of Turmeric Turmeric has an anti-inflammatory property which makes it a natural painkiller. In addition to the anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric assists is preventing blood clotting, treats digestive and skin issues as well as improves circulation. To a glass of milk, add a spoonful of turmeric acid and drink it. You can also add two tablespoons of turmeric powder and one spoon of lime juice to a small bowl containing lukewarm water to make a thick paste.
