Food is essential and necessary in our daily human body needs. We need food to give us energy throughout the day and make us healthy everyday of our lives. Not all foods are healthy and should only be consumed few times a week or small amounts. Food that are unhealthy may affect some parts in body causing damages. Sweets and fast foods are the top unhealthy foods available which people usually purchase and indulge.

Too much of something is never a good thing and this applies when consuming certain types of foods also. Sometimes, these foods can affect other organs in the digestive system which can lead to removal of such organ. People who suffer digestive disorders may have to cut down the consumption of foods to prevent further irritation or pain. Such foods include spicy foods, fried foods, coffee or tea, and foods with too much seasoning.

Healthy foods are ideal to consume and avoid stomach disorders. Eating too much of these foods may cause negative effect to the body, therefore, consumption should only be in ample amounts.

Fruits are healthy when consumed at a normal rate. There are nutrients in a fruit, however, each fruit has different levels of sugar that is why consuming this healthy food still needs to be monitored. This type of sugar, called fructose, cannot be converted to energy and is only metabolized by the liver. High fructose consumption can cause damage to the liver. Fruits that have high fructose level include mangoes, bananas and pineapples. Consumption of fruits should only be in adequate amounts especially with those that are high in sugar.

The variety of vegetable available is wide. Each type is packed with vitamins and minerals. day. A lot of vegetables contain high fiber content essential for digestion. However, these are not satisfying enough to make you feel full. Vegetables can satisfy you only if you eat it in large amounts and eat it with foods of another type.

There are certain types of food that not everyone enjoys eating. Some people do not like eating spicy foods. Spicy foods can be healthy, even though it causes irritation to the tummy. Spicy foods can help you lose weight, prevent heart diseases and prevent cancer. For people who suffer an upset stomach, eating a bland diet can get boring. The stomach can still deal with spicy foods if it is avoided for a few days and then consumed again in small amounts.

A common digestive disorder is the irritable bowel syndrome or IBS. The cause of this is the over consumption of the mentioned food above, whether the healthy or unhealthy type.
