Soft and Slow strokes are being applied in order to reach those problematic or painful areas. It might not be more relaxing than the other types but the benefits you can acquire from a deep tissue massage is much greater than you can imagine. A deep tissue massage can have tremendous effect especially if you are experiencing chronic pain or limited mobility and especially for those who have sustained some injury as it can be used as a therapy or a treatment to remove scar tissue and alleviates the pain.
